Responsibilities:
Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment.
Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
Accurate documentation in accordance with the orders provided
To join this team please have the following requirements:
COVID Vaccination Required
A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN or RN in Massachusetts is required
Ideal candidates will possess clinical experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting.
