R&D Associate - $2,500 Signing Bonus

The R&D Associate is responsible for providing administrative support to the R&D team.
The team is responsible for monitoring the process of developing new products until the time of product release.
Main responsibilities include data entry, monitoring project progress and communicating status to both internal and external customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
o Gather information about project oversight and market information, customer requirements; o Record and update New product development SharePoint/Team site including updating relevant project management records o Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather expectations including timelines for given projects o Monitor status of all projects and communicate any delay with R&D team o Arrange and maintain development samples with detailed information of the parts o Arrange critical material and collect information for evaluation o Assemble engineering/sales samples or mechanical test equipment o Work with product line manager to optimize inventory with customer demand o Issue and record project change log to achieve the project change o Work with Engineering team to source materials for new product development using knowledge of manufacturers capabilities, vendor resources, material knowledge o Work with Senko Global team to handle R&D sample arrangementPM19Skills:

Qualifications:
o BA in supply chain, material management, project management or related field preferred o Strong Microsoft Office skills including Office, SharePoint, Teams o Experience in mechanical knowledge as a plus;PI226584962 Recommended Skills Administration Assembly And Installation Attention To Detail Communication Curiosity Customer Demand Planning Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
