1 Who We SeekThe Foodservice Prep Cook/Dishwasher performs a variety of support tasks and kitchen operations at RFK Community Alliance.
Job Responsibilities Daily set-up and break down of dish machine.
Wash dishes for breakfast, lunch, and special events.
Maintain cleanliness high standards set for the dish machine and dish room.
Track water temperature to comply with Board of Health requirements.
Train student workers.
Preparation of daily lunch salads and dinner salads.
Utilizing standardized recipes, meeting quality expectations, and following sanitary production methods.
Managing the School Fruit Program.
Working required School Events/Catering Jobs.
Stocking and Cleaning the Staff Coffee Station and Dining Room disposables.
QualificationsHigh School Diploma.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to follow a daily routine as well as verbal and written instructions.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Food service experience preferred.
CORI qualified.
Shift:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-2:
