0 RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Teacher's Aide to join our Child Development Center team in Lancaster, MA.
Who We Seek:
We seek a Teacher's Aide to work part-time in our Child Development Center providing an enriched and engaging environment for young children, ages 6 weeks to 6 years.
We are looking for someone to encourage their imagination, challenge their thinking skills, and enhance their social and language development.
The TA will work with the Lead Teacher in providing daily care, education, and recreation for children, including the daily operations of the classroom.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and actively support the teachers in the program- Supervise the daily routines of the children in the classroom and with activities- Develop a team atmosphere with the classroom teacher and other teacher's assistants.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred- Must be 21 years oldShifts/Hours:
Monday through Friday:
