Supervise dispatchers in all aspects of their job, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Evaluate customer calls and assign the most suitable technician to each service appointment.
Provide accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient and high-quality customer experiences.
Manage the whereabouts and requirements of technicians in the field.
Keep customers informed about technicians' progress throughout the day.
Follow up on leads and unsold work from our technicians.
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate exceptional organization skills with excellent follow-through abilities.
Establish a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service.
Requirements for the Dispatch Supervisor role:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatch and coordination, preferably in a related industry.
Previous experience in residential home services is desirable.
Supervisory experience is preferred.
Geographical knowledge of the service area and map reading skills.
Advanced communication and customer service skills.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build trust, defuse conflict, and hold others accountable.
Proficient computer knowledge.
Ability to handle challenging situations with ease and empathy.
Excellent multitasking abilities.
