3 Full-time 1 hour ago Full Job Description RFK Community Alliance has an exciting and Flexible opportunity for a Clinician to join our residential team in Lancaster.
Who We Seek:
We seek a dynamic clinician to be part of our growing residential services clinical treatment team.
We are an experienced collegial group with diverse skills and are looking for an innovative, compassionate professional to join the team.
You will work with students, families, and staff, provide individual, family, and group therapy, attend treatment conferences for individual students, engage in weekly individual and group supervision, attend team meetings, and monthly medication review meetings.
Documentation includes progress notes, quarterly reports, and treatment plans.
Case management includes liaison to referral agencies, school districts, and other collaterals involved in the client's care, and communication with parents and guardians.
Who You Are:
You are a licensed or licensed eligible clinician who is creative, energetic, and wants to make a difference.
You will provide trauma-informed therapeutic support and guidance for children and adults to overcome their challenges and reach their full potential.
You are looking to use your experience and skills in a collaborative group setting.
Specific
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work One year of one of clinical experience Strong organizational skills as well as solid oral and written communication skills Requires Massachusetts Licensure or license eligibility Shift FLEXIBLE hours, up to 40 hours per week with an extremely flexible or hybrid schedule.
Per Diem and part-time work is also available.
