We are currently looking for individuals to join us in transforming the lives of children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral challenges and adults with developmental disabilities.
RFK Community Alliance is in Lancaster, MA on a beautiful campus that is inviting to children and adults of all ages.
Responsibilities:
The Residential Supervisor is a position in which the individual has direct care responsibility on his/her assigned shift but is trained to provide shift leadership in the absence of the Program Coordinator.
Responsibilities include:
the implementation of the assigned weekend day master schedule; supervisory management of assigned shifts in the absence of the Program Coordinator, supervision of assigned direct care staff.
Requirements:
This position requires a candidate who possess good written and verbal communication skills, Communicates in a professional and positive manner, can manage a high paced and emotionally charged treatment environment.
Work effectively with a range of staff, demonstrates leadership and maturity.
Prefer Bachelor's Degree in related Human Service Field, as well as a minimum of one year residential experience.
