Must be comfortable interacting with patients, surgical scheduling experience a plus.
Must be detail oriented, organized, able to work independently, and have strong customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task is essential.
Responsibilities:
Post operative charts.
Patient interaction Ability to understand or learn clinical charts.
Insurance eligibility review Medication procedures review Other administrative duties Ability to work as a team and take direction to insure patient satisfaction.
